Delivery and Returns

Items in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the website unless otherwise agreed, for example, in connection with ordering items currently not in stock. If you experience a delay in the delivery of goods, which makes you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is up to you to cancel the order. In the event that the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from Estator AB. If a product is no longer offered, Estator AB has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will inform the customer if a refund or a similar product is available. Estator AB’s liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the delivery terms for the shipment and as outlined in these terms. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. Estator AB is not responsible for indirect losses.

Right of Withdrawal and Exchange

You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to get a full refund for your purchase if you return the product, and up to 30 days to exchange your product. The item must be in the same condition as when received. The product must also be in its original packaging. Upon refund, Estator AB will reimburse the amount to you as soon as possible. Estator AB may withhold payment until we have received the item or you have proven that the items have been returned, for example, with a return receipt. The refund will be made to the source of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed or if any issues arise. A product can only be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you must return the product, and we will issue a full refund. After this, you can place a new order for the correct product. All returns must be communicated to customer support; otherwise, they will not be accepted. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made. Please note that you may need to pay the shipping costs for the return package. After exchanging a product, Estator AB will pay the shipping costs for the new package. Regarding unique photos, no right of return is given, as they are entirely customer-specific.

Warranty and Complaints

Estator AB’s warranty is valid for one (1) year. The products are made to meet our high-quality standards. Additionally, the products are covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. Estator AB’s warranty only covers the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at support@dkori.com. Please note that Estator AB’s warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
  • Problems or damage caused by improper use, neglect (blows, dents, crushing, falls), accidents, or unauthorized repair or modification.
  • Aesthetic changes, defects, and damage due to normal wear and aging (e.g., scratches, worn leather, and flaking paint, etc.).
  • Failure to follow care instructions (link) may void the warranty.

It is important that customers carefully examine the item upon receipt. If your item has been damaged during transport, you should report this as soon as possible to customer service. If you discover that an item is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you must contact customer service within 30 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint, and we will get back to you with further instructions on how to return the product. If a returned product has no fault, Estator AB has the right to charge a fee for transportation costs. If an item is to be replaced, it will be done with a product of a similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock, the customer is entitled to a refund. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Estator AB and we cannot resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU’s functioning online dispute resolution, ODR.
