The Terms apply only to you as a consumer when an order is placed via the website. We ask that you carefully read the Terms before using the website further. By making a purchase from, and using, the website, you agree to the following Terms. To place an order on the website, you must be 18 years or older. Estator AB, in accordance with Swedish law, does not accept credit card payments from persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to in individual cases deny or change your order (for example if you have provided false personal information and/or have records of non-payment of debt). Estator AB has no responsibility for errors in images, product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices, and price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Estator AB reserves the right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item you have ordered, we will inform you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before continuing with the order. All images on the website should be viewed solely as illustrations. Since screens can vary from screen to screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display any color with 100% accuracy. We constantly strive to have as accurate product information as possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes inventory levels are not accurate, and we reserve the right to cancel such items. You will also be notified via email. The website and all content on it are owned by Estator AB. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property rights and market laws. This means that trademarks, designs, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Estator AB.

Prices, Fees, and Payment
When we receive an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you provide correct information when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer service. The confirmation is also your proof that you have completed your purchase. Where applicable, prices include VAT at the rate appropriate for the receiving country within the EU. VAT is not included in our prices for customers outside the EU. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied when your package reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Estator AB has no control over these charges, and since these charges are different for different countries, Estator AB cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include VAT. Customers can choose one of the payment methods listed on the website, Klarna account, and card payment. All payment methods are made through dkori.com’s partner Klarna (www.klarna.com/se/) and their payment solution Klarna Checkout. To offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact and order details with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data shared is processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection information. By entering information at checkout, the customer also accepts Klarna's terms (a link to Klarna's terms is provided below in this section). Klarna Checkout presents information to the customer as soon as the customer is identified. The information that must be provided to identify the customer can vary depending on the purchase and customer in question. The payment option the customer chooses may also affect the information required in Klarna Checkout. Credit checks collected by Klarna do not affect the customer's creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others requesting credit checks, such as banks. Once the customer has been identified, Klarna Checkout shows which payment options are available. Invoice is the default payment method, but the customer can choose one of the other options if he or she prefers. The payment options offered to the customer may change from time to time. For invoice payments, there will be at least 14 days payment time (see full terms from Klarna here). Estator AB does not store or handle any bank or credit card numbers on our site. Estator AB may offer promotions on the website with more favorable conditions than those stated in these Terms, such as discounts. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific items stated by Estator AB in connection with the promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms will apply without modification. Offers on specific items on the website will be valid for a limited time and while supplies last.
Delivery and Cancellation
Items in stock are normally delivered within the number of days specified on the website unless otherwise agreed, for example, in connection with ordering items currently not in stock. If you experience a delay in the delivery of goods, which makes you no longer wish to complete the purchase, it is up to you to cancel the order. In the event that the item has already been shipped, the customer must receive the order. A cancellation is not valid until confirmation has been received from Estator AB. If a product is no longer offered, Estator AB has the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. We will inform the customer if a refund or a similar product is available. Estator AB's liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the delivery terms for the shipment and what follows from these terms. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on the website is limited to the total amount of your order. Estator AB has no responsibility for indirect losses.
Right of Withdrawal and Exchange
You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to get a full refund for your purchase if you return the product, and up to 30 days to exchange your product. The item must be in the same condition as when received. The product must also be in its original packaging. Upon refund, Estator AB will reimburse the amount to you as soon as possible. Estator AB may withhold payment until we have received the item or you have proven that the items have been returned, for example, with a return receipt. The refund will be made to the source of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed or if any issues arise. A product can only be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you must return the product, and we will issue a full refund. After this, you can place a new order for the correct product. All returns must be communicated to customer support; otherwise, they will not be accepted. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made. Please note that you may need to pay the shipping costs for the return package. After exchanging a product, Estator AB will pay the shipping costs for the new package. Regarding unique photos and designs, no right of return is given, as they are entirely customer-specific.
Warranty and Complaints
Estator AB's warranty is valid for one (1) year. The products are made to meet our high-quality standards. Additionally, the products are covered by our warranty against any manufacturing defects. Estator AB's warranty only covers the parts mentioned above. To report a warranty issue, please contact customer service at support@dkori.com. Please note that Estator AB's warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
- Problems or damage caused by improper use, neglect (blows, dents, crushing, falls), accidents, or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damage due to normal wear and aging (e.g., scratches, worn leather, and flaking paint, etc.).
It is important that customers carefully examine the item upon receipt. If your item has been damaged during transport, you should report this to customer service as soon as possible. If you discover that an item is damaged or does not match the item you ordered, you must contact customer service within 30 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint, and we will get back to you with further instructions on how to return the product. In the event that a returned product has no fault, Estator AB has the right to charge a fee for transportation costs. If an item is to be replaced, it will be done with a product of a similar model or design. If a particular product is no longer in stock, the customer is entitled to a refund. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Estator AB and we cannot resolve the dispute, you can submit a complaint to the EU's functioning online dispute resolution, ODR. If you suspect copyright infringement or infringement of any other right, or if for any other reason you feel offended by the content published on the website, please contact our customer service.
Ownership
All products remain the property of Estator AB until full payment has been received. Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police. Estator AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Force Majeure
In the event of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, uprising, government actions, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar event, technical problems, faults in electrical/telecommunications/data communications or other communication, and defects or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here, Estator AB will be able to invoke force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from liability and other sanctions. If this occurs, we will try to inform you.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swedish law applies to these Terms and your use of this website. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction regarding disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website, except in cases where Estator AB voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer/user where they are domiciled.
Changes to the Terms
Estator AB reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes to these terms will be published on the website. Changes apply from the time you have accepted the Terms (in connection with any new purchase or visit to the website), or 30 days after we have informed you of the changes. Estator AB recommends that you keep yourself updated on the website regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.
Invalidity
If a competent court, authority, or arbitration panel finds any provision in these terms invalid or unenforceable, the provision in question and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions that have been declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidance and advice.
